Worker Rights Advocate Blasts Obama's Unprecedented Recess Appointments to the NLRB

The President's legally dubious NLRB recess appointments pave the way for another year of forced-unionism giveaways

Washington, DC (January 4, 2012) - Mark Mix, President of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, issued the following statement in response to President Obama's unprecedented NLRB recess appointments:

"Obama's recess appointments to the NLRB, despite there being no formal recess of Congress, show just how much this Administration is in the pocket of Big Labor. In the last two years the Obama Labor Board has repeatedly enacted one power grab after another on behalf of union bosses, to the detriment of the rights of individual employees - especially those who wish to refrain from union activities. The President's legally dubious NLRB recess appointments pave the way for another year of forced-unionism giveaways.

"Union bosses know their coercive agenda is overwhelmingly unpopular with the American people, which is why they've turned to unelected administrative agencies like the NLRB to push through much of what they cannot get through Congress. That's what makes these appointments all the more offensive in the face of Congress affirmatively taking action to block recess nominations."

National Right to Work Foundation staff attorneys are already exploring possible legal challenges to these unprecedented recess appointments in defiance of Congress.

Obama is violating my Itelligence

So why the hell is there NO government official on the Right side of the house to bring criminal, treasonous, traitor, un-constitutional or some other legal position against this sleeper cell, Obama, Now…!
That I would do everything I could to help raise funds for with every hardworking member of the business community I can reach out to that still knows what real American’s stands for!
How about some TV adds citing the grosse double standards and two faced propaganda that get Pelosi and other’s to give health care waivers to campaign contributors for their sick godless brain washing “ dog Treat” rhetoric and deceit!
The republican party better find a way to raise their voice, slam their fists down and drown the more passionate left in their own deceptions!
Ps; you need to make your emails shorter and get to the point…I do not have time to read them, I'm very busy trying to keep people employed, their families fed and my business a success!

"N"

It appears your missing a letter, Mr. Intelligent. Short enough I hope.

Good Luck

Been watching the debate? Who let these idiots even apply for the job? Romney has a slight chance, his dealings with Bain Capital will hurt his chances. They sold off Armoco Steel in KC and ruined hundreds of hard workers lives, job creator not.
Looks like another 4 years of Obama, and I even heard Clinton will be the VP. Sorry Gus, instead of wasting time and money on a lost cause do some real good with the money and give your employees' a raise. That would actually help the country more than your whining.

P.S.--I LIKE informative e-mails--don't necessarily have time to click on them, and want to know whether it's worth the bother. I read fast and use slow computers. It takes all kinds!
