Deducting union dues from non members pay

In the late 60s I worked at Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant 15 miles west of Texarkana ran by contractor Day & Zimmermen, the National Chemical Workers union was the union there; even though Texas had a Right to Work law the company agrees to deduct union dues from non members pay check. I contacted the National Labor Relation Board an the only way to stop that is get a partition signed by enough employees to have an election and vote the union out. I got a partition from the NLRB and started trying to get signatures; I was told I could not use the bulletin boards although the union could
next I was told I could not get signatures on government property, I was threatened by the union, finally the goons followed me to a warehouse inspecting packing material when I heard someone yell "there he is" and barely made it to my truck and got away from the. Afraid for my life I called the union president and told him I stopped trying to get signatures.

Good luck with your law suit.
